No Hideaway

1978 Hideaway Album Photoshoot.

Not the happiest of times and I always feel that this shot, which is the poloroid before the shoot got going, reflects the mood of the guys.
The body language suggests four separate individuals lost in thought and not the happy foursome witnessed in previous photo sessions.
The expressions on the faces are more of obligation and resignation than togetherness.

On a lighter note, I always assume that the open door behind the group is the door through which the career has just exited , leaving behind the personnel who just have a bit of tidying up to do before closing up for the night.

Many people love the Hideaway album , which was our last album together for 13 years and it did contain the only hit Grant & I composed for the band 'Stay The Night'... Thankyou Denmark
